This is hands-down the best Thai food I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The menu easily fits on one page, and every dish is a masterpiece.“

“This place took over what used to be Pot & Spicy. The interior is pretty much the same - nice and simple. The food offerings was a bit similar to before. We ordered a few skewers and a bowl of Beef Golden Soup to share. The server was friendly and quick to get our order in. The bacon needle mushroom and beef skewers were tasty, as well as the chicken heart skewers. The popcorn chicken could have used a better batter, in my opinion. It was more of a panko coat to it and needed more spice to it. The Beef Golden Soup was flavorful, and I enjoyed it.“

“Cully Central has become a regular for me. What great food. Everything I've had here has been delicious. I'm pretty hooked on the Khao Piek Sen with pork belly. Everything is so good though, and I love that they have house made snacks and sauces to go! Everyone is so friendly and helpful too. Oh, and a great tap list and co*cktails even. Made with love. (I don't love the seating, but it'll do)“

“I've been wanting to go to this place since I moved to Portland but I haven't been able to make their hours. I'm glad I persisted because these were some of the better noodles I've had in Portland. The noodles were fresh and tasted amazing. The Dan Dan sauce was phenomenal and it coated the thick chewy noodles great. Will definitely try to be back to try to their biang biang noodles.“

“On god I would choose their fried chicken rice bowl as my last meal. I've tried a few other things on their menu and enjoyed them, but the fried chicken rice bowl is where it's at. The only dish I haven't enjoyed is the rice tots but other people I've gone with liked them so it's probably just specific to me. I never ever get sick of boke bowl and all my friends who I take here enjoy it too. The atmosphere and workers are chill also, I always feel super comfortable.“

“I may be biased since this is my first dumpling experience but let’s get into it.As others have said: on the river, amazing views. Large windows so even if you’re sat interior in the restaurant, you can still view out. Fill out your choices on the place card, there’s a QR code for a visual menu (super helpful for a first timer!). I got the passion fruit green tea, very refreshing. Started with the Dan Dan noodles, the peppercorn gives a slight numbing of the mouth and it was perfectly spicy. The portion was small/medium, perfect to add to. The dishes come out in rounds so you aren’t overwhelmed by everything at once. The main and arguably the star of the show was the pork soup dumplings. Great presentation. The tables have both soy sauce and black vinegar. I went with the vinegar and they were amazing. 2 dishes for 1 person was the perfect portion. Will come back with friends so we order a lot more and try everything!Parking was tight on the street so give yourself time to find it if you’re meeting people.“

“From the outside driving by it looks like not much. But the inside is great, the people are great and the food is Amazing! Went here with family after a graduation night for my step daughter. Excellent food! Highly recommend, although I don’t remember all the names of the dishes, the basil fried rice with chicken was mine, and it too exceeded expectations on my palette.“

“We've ordered takeout from here a dozen times over last year and I am remiss to only now write a review. The food here is consistently good- we've enjoyed everything we've ever ordered. Sushi has always been fresh, hot food cooked to perfection, and salads exactly what you'd hope for. So glad they're in the neighborhood!“

“Crews are very kind and caring for customers. Owner lady is a very helpful and generous. Foods are good. We love sushi dishes. Dragon roll is a little bit spicy but so delicious and tasty. My kids love to eat ramen noodles, I ordered a General Tao Chicken and Lo mein noodles those were great and so yummy.!“

“The way I’m obsessed with this food is unreal. The vegan orange chicken is the closest I’ve gotten to the real deal since going vegan. I try to order something different each time I eat from here and I haven’t had a bad meal yet. Staff is friendly and the spot is no frills.“

“We did takeout so can't speak to dine in experience. Looked like limited seating though there were a lot of plants. Food portions are extremely generous and teriyaki chicken and rice was excellent, not too sauced, salty or sweet. Will try other things next time. Google posts that they close at 8pm, though sign on door says 7pm. Don't play yourself and come late.“

“The food is delicious and the service is great. The atmosphere is very lacking if you dine in because they use paper plates and plastic cutlery and the majority of their business is takeout so you might end up sitting and eating while surrounded by a bunch of people waiting for their takeaway orders. Like I said though, the food is delicious.To the numb nuts complaining about them using plastic bags: every Chinese restaurant does it and the majority of people in Oregon were against the ban anyway (Over 60% opposed) so get over it.“

“Great beef teriyaki straight up!It's a little on the spendy side but hey, what isn't anymore?Atmosphere? Adequate for it's location. Plenty of tables to sit at. Very little chit chat with the staff so you can get right down to the business of eating. Buss your own table and push your chair back in and all will be well!“

“Love this place. Been coming here for years and definitely the best Mongolian grill that I’ve ever been to, I’ve tried others and nothing beats these guys. Yeah, it sucks that the prices have gotten steeper and steeper since I’ve started coming, but what hasn’t if we’re being honest? You can blame the Fed for that. Don’t get me started on that topic….but anyways, great food that’d I’d recommend to anyone!“

Though the lost delivery was 100% not their fault, they still remade the food and made sure it got to my door. This very high level of service is commendable! I am a customer for life now.
